STEAMBOAT DELECTABLE MUFFINS
Makes approximately 18 muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
| DRY 41/2 C Flour 2 C Sugar 4 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Salt |
WET 1c Milk 4 Eggs 3 tsp Vanilla 1 C Yogurt OR 1 C Half & Half 1 C (2 sticks) Butter (melted) |
Fruit: 12oz bag of frozen fruit
Mix all dry ingredients in together in a bowl, set aside
Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl
Combine dry ingredients to wet, in the large bowl
Fold fruit mixture into batter
Fill muffin tins with batter to the top
Bake for 24-34 minutes; tops of muffins will be golden
